Application for Readmission

NOTE: Please complete this form only if you were previously enrolled at Antioch College after the fall of 2011.

  1. We will write to your reference to secure your recommendation letter. 
  2. We'll contact the Office of the Registrar for a copy of your academic record.
  3. Your application will be read by two people: an admission staff member and an Antioch professor.  
  4. We will call you with the admission information and post a notice on your Applicant Status Page.

If you attended Antioch College prior to the 2008 closure and separation from Antioch University.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (Buckley Amendment) allows you to access your educational records if you enroll at Antioch College.
